Job summary

ALS is recruiting an Accounts Receivable professional in Hong Kong to take ownership of debtor collection, reconcile records, and support client service excellence. You will respond to invoice queries, maintain accurate ledgers, and help mitigate account risks in collaboration with finance and operations teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, bilingual English and Cantonese communication, and a proactive, independent mindset within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on debt collection and control experience.
• Solid understanding of AR cycle and workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of debt collection and control with accuracy and timeliness.
• Be the key contact for clients, building relationships and delivering service.
• Resolve client invoice queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate debtor records through regular reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Accountant, Customer Services, and Senior Management to manage risks.

About the Position

The position will be responsible for:

• Take ownership of debtor collection and control, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bring strong computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Communicate with confidence and clarity in both English and Chinese (Cantonese), across written and verbal settings;
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a mature and responsible approach, and exceptional organisational and time management skills;
• Thrive as a self-motivated and independent professional who also excels in a collaborative team environment;
• Apply strong problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively.

Required Qualifications:
