Job summary

ALS Technichem (HK) Pty Ltd is seeking a focused Accounts Receivable professional to manage debtor collections and maintain accurate records. You will act as the primary contact for clients, resolving invoice queries and mitigating account risks with the support of the accounting team.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills and bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese, with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Hold a Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on debt collection and control experience.
• Solid understanding of the AR cycle and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Take ownership of debtor collection and control, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor records through regular account reconciliation
• Collaborate with the Accountant, Customer Services, and Senior Management to proactively manage and mitigate account risks

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bring strong computer proficiency, including hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicate with confidence and clarity in both English and Chinese (Cantonese), across written and verbal settings
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a mature and responsible approach, and exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Thrive as a self‑motivated and independent professional who also excels in a collaborative team environment
  • Apply strong problem‑solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively
• Required Qualifications:
