The role focuses on month-end close, revenue recognition, AR collection, and cost control, requiring strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting and audit experience, ideally in a multinational.
• Strong teamwork and learning culture, with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; Navision/Dynamics/BPC/SAP/ByD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project owner to confirm billing, project status, revenue milestone and supporting document.
• Oversee business direct costs including subcontractor fees, direct travel costs and prepare accrual journals.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

Role Purpose:

• Support G/L leader in month-end closing process including revenue recognition review and reconciliation of movement of accrued and deferred income.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting and audit, preferably within a multinational company.
