ALS Technichem (HK) Pty Ltd is seeking a focused Accounts Receivable professional to manage debtor collections and maintain accurate records. You will act as the primary contact for clients, resolving invoice queries and mitigating account risks with the support of the accounting team.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills and bilingual fluency in English and Cantonese, with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Hold a Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on debt collection and control experience.
• Solid understanding of the AR cycle and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of debtor collection and control, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve client invoice queries efficiently and professionally.
