Black Sheep is a Hong Kong-based hospitality team seeking a skilled Cook to master recipes and contribute creative touches to each dish. You will help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and inventory while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Passion for cooking.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary qualifications is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes, carry out kitchen prep and set stations as directed by the Senior Chefs.
• Work as part of a team to prepare high-quality dishes to exact specifications.
• Develop skills to work in different kitchen stations.
• Carry out procedures for receiving/handling/replenishing/storing dry and fresh goods.
• Participate in stock counts, minimising wastage.
• Ensure best practice food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitisation and organisation of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Learn to use and maintain all kitchen equipment.
• Participate in on-the-job training and onboarding for new joiners.
• Additional responsibilities as requested by the Senior Chefs.
