Successful candidates will work as part of a busy service-focused kitchen delivering consistently excellent food, maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for learning and basic knife skills.
• 1–3 years kitchen experience for the Demi level; run parts of a station.
• 3+ years in a busy kitchen; mentor juniors and contribute to menu development and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes to the restaurant’s standards during service.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support stock control, portioning and waste-minimisation practices.
