Based in Central/South West District of Hong Kong, this role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a dynamic jazz-bar setting. Training and growth are available in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or cafe.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasting, and preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable coffee experience.
• Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Creative Coffee Barista (Full Time / Part Time)

About the role
Billion Sky Management Limited is seeking an experienced Creative Coffee Barista to join our team in Central Central and Western District. This full-time or part-time role will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers, showcasing your creativity and barista skills. What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and more

Experiment with new flavour combinations and brewing methods to develop unique and innovative coffee creations

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and educating them on coffee origins, roasting, and preparation techniques

Maintain a clean and well-organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and stored

What we're looking for
