Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Part-Time Barista to join our team at our small and cozy café in the heart of Wan Chai. This role is mainly focused on weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays).

As our Barista, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional coffee and food experiences to our community. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso beverages with neat latte art, preparing simple light food, engaging warmheartedly with guests, and maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our shop.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Latte Art: Professionally operate commercial espresso machines and steam wands to craft high-quality beverages, complete with clean and consistent latte art for milk-based drinks.

Light Food Preparation: Assist in preparing simple food items and light bites according to shop recipes and food safety standards.

Customer Service: Warmly engage with guests, offer personalized recommendations, and provide attentive service that brightens their day.

Bar & Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the espresso bar and food prep area, perform regular machine maintenance, and strictly adhere to hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Availability: Able to work consistently on Saturdays or Sundays.

Experience: Minimum 1 year or more of working experience as a Barista in a café or F&B environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in operating commercial espresso machinery, milk steaming, and clean latte art pouring techniques.

Food Handling: Comfortable handling simple light food preparation and maintain high food safety standards.
