Provide continuous mentorship and professional development support to staff to enhance their expertise in coffee preparation and customer service excellence.

Conduct regular quality assurance checks on coffee beverages and specialty drinks to maintain excellence.

Evaluate staff performance and deliver constructive comments on areas requiring improvement.

Ensure adherence to company quality standards for all coffee products prepared by staff.

Administer internal Barista competency assessments.

Innovate and develop new beverage menu items to enhance product offerings.

Requirements :

Experienced in delivering internal training programs within a coffee shop environment or specialty coffee chain

Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
