Job summary

China CITIC Bank International invites applications for a role under the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRC) in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will pair with MRMs to grow corporate banking business and ensure high standards of credit analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities include credit proposals, post-approval monitoring, loan documentation reviews, and close collaboration with services officers to deliver optimal client experience while complying with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years in credit, marketing and relationship management in corporate banking.
• Possess HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework qualification or professional exam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pair with designated MRMs in soliciting and developing corporate banking business; achieve assigned business targets.
• Perform credit analysis, structure credit proposals aligned with risk standards with understanding of the client's strategic and financial objectives/needs.
• Take care of post-approval and post-lending account management and credit monitoring.
• Review loan documentation and financial reports.
• Collaborate with Services Officers to provide the best customer experience to clients.
• Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures, and applicable local and regional regulations, follow through initiatives with attention to details.
