Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a staff member to assist Institutional Sales and Research Analysts with planning non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings in Hong Kong. You will coordinate schedules, manage travel and logistics, and maintain regular contact with investor relations and senior management of listed companies.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Communication, Finance, Business Studies or other related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of events / roadshow / corporate access experience from financial PR agencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Effectively using AI is preferred.
