Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for a Contract Systems Analyst to support IT system projects for the DOJ under the T26 program. The role requires extensive data warehouse, Java framework (Struts), JSP and Unix/Linux scripting expertise and on-site support across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

The contract spans 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (3 months). A relevant degree and 6+ years of post-qualification experience are expected, with at least 3 years in a similar role and

Qualifications

At least 7.5 years in Data Warehouse (DWH)
Experience with Government workflows is advantageous
Experience in development, implementation and support of web-based application systems
On-site support across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island

Responsibilities

Project planning and monitoring
Perform system analysis and design
Supervise sub-ordinate programmers
Develop program
Conduct program unit test, system test and load test
Produce documentation
Assist user to conduct user acceptance test
Conduct user training
Provide maintenance and on-going support for DOJ systems
Perform on-call support during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays
