Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an experienced professional to oversee building services on large-scale projects. The candidate should be chartered (HKIS or RICS) with 12+ years of relevant experience, including MEP/NEC project exposure, and a Diploma or Higher in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

The role requires on-site inspection of building services works and strong contract-management capabilities for sizable projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in QS, Building Services, Construction or related discipline.
• Chartered membership in HKIS or RICS is required.
• 5 years post-qualification experience on MEP & NEC projects.
• Min. 12 years relevant exp in sizable projects.
• Experience in inspection of building services works.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing contractual issues.
• Full-time stationed on construction site; oversee building services works inspections.
• Lead on-site coordination and quality control for large-scale projects.
