Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Senior Systems Analyst to lead ICT projects (incl. SuperApp) with focus on governance, vendor oversight, and security risk assessment.

You will coordinate UAT, manage procurement of equipment, and support NGCS initiatives while maintaining documentation and budgets. The role requires at least 5 years in IT fields with strong non-technical and technical skills, including PM, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM).
• At least 6 months' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC).
• At least 6 months' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS).
• At least 6 months' experience in Information Security Management (ISM).
• At least 6 months' experience in Information System Study (ISS).
• At least 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS).
• At least 6 months' experience in Network & System Management (NSM).
• At least 6 months' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT).
• At least 6 months' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP).
• At least 6 months' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH).
• At least 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA).
• At least 6 months' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST).
• At least 6 months' experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE).
• Good coordination skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Direct the SuperApp project as project officer and oversee vendor performance and governance.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet users' requirements through UAT and validation.
• Lead team for maintenance, operation, and procurement of SMAP/SMAP Lite and trackers.
• Manage IT equipment procurement and inventory lifecycle.
• Assist NGCS project implementation including configuration and testing.
• Provide security advice and risk assessment for ICT projects.
• Provide ad hoc onsite support for ICT solutions across the department.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and knowledge transfer.

Project Nature (T26) To provide assistance in ICT-related project development and implementation

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;

• 1. Direct the SuperApp (One Force App) project as project officer, supervising a team and providing strategic oversight of vendor performance, project governance, and delivery risk, while ensuring alignment with Force objectives and frontline operational needs;
• 2. Ensure vendor deliverables for SuperApp meet users' requirements through UAT coordination, requirement validation, change management, etc;
• 3. Lead the team to oversee maintenance, operation, and procurement of SMAP, SMAP Lite, and associated tracker devices, including drafting operation protocols and coordinating vendor support for incidents and updates;
• 4. Manage procurement of IT equipment and maintain inventory records, including asset tracking, stock checks, and lifecycle management;
• 5. Assist in NGCS project implementation and perform NGCS-related duties as assigned, including configuration, testing, and documentation support;
• 6. Provide technical assistance and security advice for ICT projects under the NGCS Team, including risk assessment and compliance checks;
• 7. Provide ad hoc and onsite support for various ICT solutions across the department;
• 8. Maintain project documentation, monitor budgets, and support knowledge transfer/training for systems/apps under his/her purview, and
• 9. Any other duties as directed by SIPs of NGCS DPSB and above.

Requirements Security Vetting is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant IT field is preferable.

CISA/CISSP/CISM is preferable.
