Job summary

Sands China in Hong Kong is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Procurement Lead to drive cost reporting and contractual leadership across development projects. You will steer procurement strategies, develop consultant and construction contracts, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, Cost Engineering or related disciplines
• Over 10 years of work experience within Development Project from which several years gained in Quantity Surveying
• Familiar with construction procurement process with commercial awareness while proficient in MS Office with Ariba, Primavera and Sage based software knowledge an advantage
• Able to advise on and develop existing departmental standard operating procedures
• Good at identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring adequate resources are provided to manage situations
• Capable of coordinating members of both the commercial team and supply chain consultants to ensure project specific tasks are undertaken timeously
