Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on E&M construction projects. You will handle tendering support, contract administration, interim payments, and final accounts, ensuring compliance with NEC and traditional contracts.

The role requires at least 5 years in E&M project delivery, strong negotiation, and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in E&M projects.
• Advanced negotiation with main contractors and vendors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction laws and contract terms.
• Experience with traditional and NEC contract procedures.
• Experience in final accounts settlements and claims management.
• Experience managing Variation Orders and changes in scope/costs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities
