Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support customer servicing and project management for a telecommunications client in Lai Chi Kok. The role requires strong coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely milestones.

You will gather requirements, track schedules, and facilitate meetings while maintaining clear documentation and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or customer servicing.
Customer-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and willing to meet challenging targets.
Strong ownership, adaptability and innovative mindset to meet corporate needs.
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Gather project requirements from clients and internal teams to define a work plan.
Plan, track and monitor the overall project schedule to meet milestones.
Act as the primary communication link between stakeholders, teams and clients.
Monitor internal order issues and coordinate follow-ups to resolve concerns.
Organize and attend project meetings to report progress.
Prepare formal project documentation including meeting agendas and minutes.
