Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin are required; higher diploma and 2 years’ related experience preferred; working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00 and contract runs until 28 Feb 2027.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma with PM or customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Customer-focused with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.
• Monitor internal order issue.
• Act as communications link between project team and customer regarding project status and progress.
• Plan and monitor project schedule to achieve project outputs.
• Organize and attend meetings to report progress.
• Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes.
• Resolve any project related issues.
