Job summary

The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants is seeking a Contract Officer / Associate Officer in the Education & Training Department to support outreach activities for the Qualification Programme (QP) and CAB. You will liaise with universities, colleges, and stakeholders to promote the Institute’s education offerings and ensure effective information delivery.

Responsibilities include planning promotional activities, handling inquiries, and assisting in accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree with at least five years' experience in student outreach, higher education liaison, marketing, project management or a related field.
• Experience in education promotion or stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, able to work independently and attentive to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage).
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Immediately available preferred.

CONTRACT OFFICER / ASSOCIATE OFFICER, EDUCATION & TRAINING (E&T-QA)

The successful candidate will assist the Managers and Deputy Director of the Education and Training Department in matters pertaining to the promotion and outreach of the Institute’s Qualification Programme (QP) and HKICPA Certificate in Accounting and Business (CAB), with a focus on engagement with universities, colleges and other educational institutions.

Job duties & responsibilities

• Support outreach activities to universities, colleges and other relevant institutions to promote the QP and CAB.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business schools, academic partners and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of promotional activities, talks, campus visits and information sessions for students and the public.
• Handle enquiries relating to the QP and CAB from students, academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Perform vetting for QP applications and assist in programme accreditation where required.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
