Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 61374-1) to support IT application development and system enhancements for EDB-related projects. The role requires hands-on design, development, and implementation work across the IT landscape.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in government IT projects, strong English communication, and a degree in computer science or equivalent. This is a contract position based in Wan Chai with a 2-month term.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience, with 4 years in IT application and system development in a system analyst role.
• At least 4 years' experience in Government IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; relevant post-qualification experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out requirement study, analysis, design, development and implementation for IT systems.
• Provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities.
• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time to serve the EDB.

• To carry out requirement study, analysis, design, development and implementation for IT systems;
• To provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities.

Requirements

• (a) At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 4 years IT application and system development experience in system analyst role; and
• (b) At least 4 years' experience in Government IT projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
  • At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
  • At least 4 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC);
  • 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage;
  • 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage.
• Non-technical Skills:
  • At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
  • Good written English is a must;
  • 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
