Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support the LCSD project, focusing on library system implementations and IT infrastructure enhancements. The role covers project management, technical evaluation, and hands-on maintenance across Linux and Windows servers, plus liaison with users and vendors for requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT projects, strong server/AD experience, and is fluent in English and Cantonese with Putonghua preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in IT projects or system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, evaluation, management and acceptance for new and upgrade projects.
• Provide production support for Linux and Windows server platforms.
• Liaise with users and vendors for requirement studies, implementation, and support activities.
• Prepare technical specifications and evaluations for new or upgrade projects.
• Participate in IT security assessments and audit exercises.
• Provide on-call technical support and work irregular hours if necessary.
