Job summary

Waihong Environmental Services Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily cleaning operations across a key account at Kai Tak Sports Park. The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and the ability to supervise frontline staff, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency.

Candidates should have at least Form 5 education, 5+ years in cleaning with 3+ years in supervisory roles, and fluency in Cantonese with good English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above
• 5+ years cleaning industry with 3+ years supervisory experience
• Knowledge in personnel management, industry safety, cleaning methodology
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive & independent
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent Cantonese, basic English & Mandarin
• Immediate availability preferred
• Less experienced candidates may be considered as Site Supervisor

Job description

職責:

• 協助管理及監察合約工地的日常清潔運作

• 與客戶建立並保持緊密的合作關係及跟進顧客查詢，提昇客戶服務質素

• 管理及監督前線員工

• 提出建議優化日常運作程序以提高營運效率
  

學歷要求:

• 中五畢業或以上程度

• 5年或以上清潔行業工作經驗、其中3年或以上管理經驗

• 熟悉人事管理、行業安全、清潔方法等相關知識

• 擁有良好的客戶服務及溝通技巧、具領導才能並能獨立處理日常營運事宜

• 良好團隊精神、主動及具責任感

• 流利廣東話及良好英語

• 能即時上班將作優先考慮

• 較少經驗者可被考慮為工地總管

工作時間：6天工作週

地點：啟德體育園
