• 監督衛龍日常運作，確保服務符合合約要求。
• 管理前線團隊，安排工作分配及日常協調。
• 跟進及管理分包商工作表現，確保質素及安全要求達標。
• 處理客戶查詢，並與政府部門／商業客戶聯絡。
• 監察職安健，確保員工使用PPE通報安全事項。
• 保存運作相關文件紀錄，按要求提交報告。
• 協助控制運營成本，避免公司損失。
• 完成上司指派之其他工作。

職缺說明

• 監督衛龍日常運作，確保服務符合合約要求／客戶要求及工作進度。
• 管理前線團隊（主管、領班、司機、操作員），安排工作分配及日常協調。
• 跟進及管理分包商工作表現，確保質素及安全要求達標。
• 處理客戶查詢，並按指定項目與政府部門／商業客戶作日常聯絡。
• 監察職安健：確保員工使用足夠PPE、通報安全事項予安全主任、配合安全培訓；留意機械/設備，發現異常即時通報跟進。
• 保存運作相關文件紀錄，按要求提交附照片報告。
• 協助控制運營成本，避免因疏忽造成公司損失。
• 完成上司／總經理指派之其他工作（包括臨時工作）。

• 中五（Form 5）或同等學歷
• 19 重型貨車駕駛執照
• 平安卡 (綠卡)
• 密閉空間作業合資格人士或核准工人證明書
