Waihong Environmental Services Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations for a key account at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. You will lead the team, optimize workflows, and ensure service quality across all activities.

The role requires Form 5 or above, strong leadership, fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin, and immediate availability is preferred. A six-day work week is expected. Medical benefits and discretionary bonus are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Form 5 education or above.
• Knowledge in Personnel Management, Industry Safety, Cleaning Methodology.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, proactive and independent.
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Assist in managing daily cleaning operations of a key account.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers enquirers.
• Lead the team for cleaning operations and management of operational workflows in order to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle the documents required by the client and the company.
