Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited invites a Contract Landscape Architect (CntLA) for the Kwu Tung North project. You will assist the Project Manager on government procedures, standards and contractual matters related to Landscape Works.

The role covers professional advice on landscape works (hard/soft works, Establishment Works, tree works and risk assessment), site constraint evaluation, and supervision of landscape construction and inspections, coordinated with

Qualifications

Professional member of HKILA and Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) under LARB.
At least 1 year post-qualification experience; HK government projects preferred.
Must attain Level 2+ in Chinese and English in HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent.
Must possess valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager with government procedures and contract matters related to Landscape Works.
Provide professional advice on landscape works including hard/soft works and Establishment Works.
Investigate site information and potential constraints for development projects.
Plan and supervise landscape works, tree protection and risk assessment.
Monitor contractor performance and report progress or delays.
Vet landscape submissions against contract requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
