Qualifications

• Solid experience in system analysis, design and implementation on ICT projects.
• Experience in contractor management and IT outsourcing.
• Ability to collect and translate user requirements into specifications.
• Knowledge of government tender processes and IT standards.
• Familiarity with network security, cloud, mobile apps and microservices.
• Proficient in relational databases and SQL-based tools.
