Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to develop and maintain an internal manpower-planning platform, incorporating AI elements. You will handle database development, scripting, and web technologies, supporting QA division activities and inspection data management.

The role requires 5+ years post-qualification experience in IT with strong SQL and web skills, plus government/education domain familiarity. The contract runs Dec 11, 2026 to Jan 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in database development/maintenance; 3 years in education or government services.
• Strong SQL, shell scripting and DBMS skills (SQL Server, MySQL) required; web tech (ASP, PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an internal platform for manpower planning, with AI elements.
• Maintain servers and databases; participate in full lifecycle from design to production.
• Co-ordinate IT support services for the QAD and manage IT equipment procurement.
• Supervise data analysis, generate reports on inspections and manpower planning.
• Support production rollout, UAT, and training for staff.
