Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites a Contract Systems Analyst for the Water Supplies Department project. The role covers end-to-end ICT project management, system analysis, and design, with close collaboration to business owners to define a clear activity programme.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years post-qualification experience, 4+ years in a similar post, and strong skills in Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, SSADM and SQL. Immediate government project exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience, 4+ years in a similar post.
• Solid experience in system analysis, design and implementation on ICT projects.
• Experience in contractor/vendor management and outsourcing.
• Experience in gathering user requirements and turning them into system specs.
• Knowledge of Spring Framework, Java and JavaScript; web app development.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced ICT projects for WSD under InfoTech headcount.
• Lead project management activities for ICT projects.
• Participate in system analysis, design and implementation.
• Collaborate with business owners to define a clear activity programme.
• Collect and consolidate user requirements into system specifications.
• Prepare technical specs for applications, hardware, software and services.
• Assist in design, development and implementation of web applications and systems.
• Design system infrastructure and network security measures.
