Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking an attentive floral attendant to prepare and manage flower displays across guestrooms, suites, public areas and dining venues. You will ensure quality arrangements and timely delivery, in a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, strong Cantonese-speaking skills, and familiarity with Outlook and Excel. The role requires an outgoing, confident, service-focused attitude and a professional demeanour.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepares quality flower arrangements for the Hotel guestrooms, suites, public areas and restaurants, delivers to their respective areas if needed.
• Places orders for flowers and checks the quality of delivery to support stock control, receives and places the delivered stock in a proper location.
• Checks all major floral arrangements within the public areas in a daily basis and ensures the flowers are touched up in a good condition.
