Job summary

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above (vocational certificate advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Prepare dim sum, recipes and preparation methods.
• Manage quality, taste, food costs, and preparation time.
• Establish standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation in assuring highest professional and consistent food quality standard.
• Evaluate and source new ingredients and suppliers.
• Train relevant staff on menu items and preparation techniques.
