SPORTS FEDERATION & OLYMPIC COMMITTEE OF HONG KONG, CHINA is seeking an AM(HKACED) on a contract basis to lead the development of HKACED. You will plan life skills training, organise programmes, and liaise with athletes, corporations and organisations to deliver career-related services.

The role requires a university degree in sports management or related fields, at least three years of related experience, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Formación

• University degree in sports management/administration, physical education, recreation, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ full-time experience in sports-related work.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong sports development.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• Good knowledge of common computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Chinese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organise life skills training and career programmes, coordinating with athletes, corporations and other organisations.
• Handle enrollment, promotional materials, and post-event surveys.
• Conduct surveys and provide consultation on life planning, career, education and related areas.
• Oversee the Ambassador Programme and supervise recruitment, induction, on-site support, payments and promotions.
• Oversee the Stars to Shine Mentorship Programme and organise stakeholder events.
• Prepare meeting papers and annual budgets for career and life skills training programmes, and monitor budgets.
• Regularly update and manage the database of the programmes.
• Arrange meetings with potential corporations and provide clerical support including note-taking and reports.
• Handle inquiries from the public and perform other duties as assigned.
