Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to drive CorpID adoption with public bodies and private organisations. You will support onboarding of CorpID testing and production environments, and ensure data privacy and security guidelines are followed.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, providing IT training, and preparing materials for meetings and events. Fluency in English, Putonghua, and strong coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
• 1. To engage public bodies and private organisations to drive the adoption of CorpID for their e-services and their registration of CorpID;
• 2. To support the onboarding of CorpID Testing Environments and Production Environments;
• 3. To review and prepare relevant procedures and guidelines in data privacy, security and best practices to ensure the compliance of the CorpID system components and processes;
• 4. To handle general and technical enquiries related to CorpID;
• 5. To compile presentation materials for meetings, training sessions and events;
• 6. To support joint promotional events of CorpID; and
• 7. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. 1. have at least 1-year of hands-on experience in supporting IT system rollouts, facilitating user onboarding, or coordinating testing and production environments;
2. 2. demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to independently handle and troubleshoot both general and technical enquiries;
3. 3. have solid experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, or public relations, particularly in liaising with diverse public bodies and private organizations is highly preferred;
4. 4. have hands-on experience on integrating iAM Smart or similar digital identity solutions into any e-service is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• . At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
• . 1 year's experience in Cryptography (CRY) is an advantage;
• . 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills

• . Good coordination skills is a must;
• . At least 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT);
• . Good spoken English is a must;
• . Good Putonghua is a must;
• . Good written English is an advantage;
• . 1 year's experience in presentation (PEX) is an advantage.

• - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
