Job summary

Leading HK Bank is seeking a Content Designer for a 12-month contract in Hong Kong. The role focuses on designing engaging content across web and digital channels in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, aligned with brand values.

You will work with UX, drive AI-assisted content strategies, develop frameworks and templates, and iterate based on user testing and analytics to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Communications, Design, Journalism, Language, Digital or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of content design experience across digital platforms with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and integration of content into interfaces.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Figma; ability to present ideas to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate content experiences for digital platforms in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
• Collaborate with UX teams to define how content interacts with design and information flow.
• Drive content creation with strategic storytelling and AI-enabled solutions.
• Present content strategy and design ideas to stakeholders and measure impact on UX.
• Develop content frameworks and templates for scalable, high-quality production.
