Job summary

ON-US Company Limited is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support marketing and product teams in producing compelling visuals for digital campaigns, brand communications, and product touchpoints. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• A portfolio showing advertising, branding, or digital campaign work.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Figma; presentation design tools; bonus for After Effects and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, hierarchy, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to refine AI-generated outputs into polished, brand-appropriate designs.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation, mood boarding, image generation, and low to mid-fidelity prototyping using AI-assisted tools.
• Create branded marketing collateral, presentation materials, promotional visuals, and product storytelling assets.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and testing results to iterate designs quickly.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and analysts to deliver on-brand creative work.
• Stay updated with emerging AI design tools and workflows to improve speed and quality.

Job description

You will support the marketing and product teams by creating compelling visual content across digital campaigns, brand communications, and selected product touchpoints. You will gain hands-on experience across both marketing design and product design while learning how to apply AI-assisted creative workflows for ideation, concept development, rapid prototyping, and visual exploration in FinTech and MarTech.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted tools to support ideation, mood boarding concept exploration, image generation, layout exploration, animation concepts, and low to mid-fidelity prototyping
• Create branded marketing collateral, presentation materials, promotional visuals, and selected product storytelling assets
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate designs based on stakeholder input, testing results, and campaign performance data
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, product teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful, on website rebranding creative work
• Stay current with emerging AI design tools, plugins, and creative workflows, and help identify practical ways to improve speed and quality in the design process

About you

• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
• A portfolio demonstrating advertising, branding, or digital campaign work
• Software proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, presentation design tools, and Figma. Bonus for After Effects and InDesign
• Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, hierarchy, and digital storytelling
• Ability to use AI outputs critically and responsibly, refining them into polished, brand-appropriate final designs rather than relying on raw generated assets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design
• Good written and verbal communication skill in both Chinese (Cantonese) and English
