Job summary

PFCC Group is seeking a Content Designer to join our client’s team on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on UX writing and copywriting for multilingual digital platforms, with emphasis on AI-driven content strategies and scalable templates.

You will craft content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, collaborate with UX teams, and translate business insights into clear, engaging content while continually improving through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, content design, or digital content strategy, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of UX writing principles and digital content experiences.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-powered content tools and a keen interest in Generative AI.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and continuously improve content based on feedback and data.
