Job summary

Sofe Coffee in Hong Kong is seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to manage end-to-end seeding campaigns across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You will identify relevant influencers, draft outreach emails, and coordinate product orders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, experience in F&B or Retail, and excellent Cantonese and English communication. You love coffee, work well under pressure, and thrive in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in F&B or Retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work swiftly under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer seeding for HK and SEA markets.
• Research and identify relevant influencers across tiers.
• Draft and send outreach emails to potential influencers.
• Track and process influencer product orders and shipments.
• Monitor and document seeding campaign results and report findings.
• Maintain influencer database and shipping records.
• Assist with campaign reporting to optimize future efforts.

• Support reporting on seeding program performance
• Assist with co-lab campaign seeding initiatives

Key Requirements:
