Job summary

Adecco Group in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Consultant, Project Staffing to lead end-to-end recruitment for large-scale staffing projects. You will source, screen, interview and deploy candidates while building pipelines to meet client SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in recruitment, staffing or outsourcing, strong sourcing chops and fluency in English and Chinese. Competitive package and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition or outsourcing experience.
• Strong sourcing, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for project staffing and volume hiring assignments.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding and deployment arrangements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing business needs.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Consultant, Project Staffing to join our Hong Kong team. This role plays a critical part in supporting large-scale staffing projects and recruitment assignments by ensuring timely fulfillment of client hiring needs and delivery excellence.
