Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Support management of project budgets, track expenditures, and assist with cost control measures.
• Liaise between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues as needed.
• Coordinate site visits and inspections, ensuring health, safety and quality standards.
• Assist with processing of contractor invoices, purchase orders and other admin docs.
• Maintain project files and databases, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
• Support preparation of tender documents, contracts and project specifications.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
