Job summary

Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator in Hong Kong to oversee overall project planning, co-ordination and monitoring of works. The role requires hands-on experience with large-scale residential, ABWF or commercial buildings and a good grasp of statutory submissions.

Having at least 3 years with a main contractor, familiarity with BEAM-plus/LEED standards and Buildings Department submissions will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in building studies or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years relevant experience for a main contractor.
• Experience in Government projects is preferred.
• Experience in projects governed by recognized environmental assessment standards (BEAM-plus/LEED) is an advantage.
• Familiar with Buildings Department submissions and ordinances.
• Hands-on skills in large-scale residential/ABWF/commercial building finishing projects.
• Well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conversant in BIM applications will be an advantage.
• Hand-on experience of AutoCAD is preferred.

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BEAM/LEED and government submission requirements.
