Job summary

Yan Lee Construction Co Ltd is seeking a capable Project Coordinator in Hong Kong to manage site activities. The role requires a degree or higher diploma in Building/Construction and at least two years of contractor experience.

You will work on-site, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building/Construction/Structural Engineering/Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in contractor experience.
• Candidate with less experience but has solid experience in the above-mentioned fields will also be considered
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a site agent / project manager.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants on site.
• Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project.
• Work on-site most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project.
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
