Job summary

TCG Construction Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an administrative assistant to support the project team. You will assist Project Directors/Managers in project administration and coordination, manage meeting schedules and coordinate follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in any discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
Experience in project administration or on-site roles is an advantage.
Familiar with project document control procedures.
Good organization, detail-minded, and responsible.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Computer literacy is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the project team.
