Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related engineering/IT field.
• 10–15 years in data centre operations or telecom service delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in supervision of service delivery/operations.
• Familiar with cross-connect, fibre, MMR, ODF, and structured cabling.
• Experience in incident management, SLA governance, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery and operation of connectivity services across data centres.
• Oversee provisioning of cross-connects, fibre, MMR, ODF, and carrier connectivity.
• Ensure service requests meet SLAs and standards.
• Manage activation, migration, suspension, and termination activities.
• Act as Tier-2 escalation point for connectivity incidents and outages.
• Lead incident investigations, service restoration, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor telecom resource utilization and expand capacity as needed.
• Manage ticket queues and ensure timely handling of requests and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with standards and best practices; deliver operational reports.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support audits, risk, business continuity, and quality assurance.
• Manage vendor performance and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement for service quality and customer satisfaction.
