Job summary

iAdvantage Limited, a leading data centre operator in Hong Kong, seeks an experienced professional to own technical direction and drive operational resilience across site operations. You will lead A&A projects, system upgrades, QA/QC and RCA initiatives while coordinating with business units to ensure reliable data center performance.

Applicants should have a degree in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, plus strong communication and data center experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Expertise in electrical/mechanical design software and tools.
Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients and team members.
Experience in data center design, construction and operation.

Responsibilities

Provide authoritative technical direction to site operations teams and drive system performance improvements.
Lead A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects with business units; guide site teams during implementation.
Manage operation system upgrades including reviews of mechanical architecture for cost and energy optimization.
Oversee QA/QC across project lifecycles and certify system readiness during upgrades.
Lead RCA investigations for mechanical issues and plan corrective actions; manage vendor lifecycle upgrades.
