Job summary
Langham Hospitality Group’s Eaton HK invites a dedicated Concierge to join our front desk team in Jordan, Hong Kong. You will greet guests, manage inquiries, assist with luggage and transportation, and ensure a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in hotel bell services, excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a team spirit. We offer a five-day work week, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel bell services experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Customer service oriented and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Assist in instructing and supervising concierge team to ensure smooth operation.
- Control traffic at hotel front entrance and ensure it is well presented.
- Handle parcels, letters, and messages inflow and outflow.
- Oversee the work of concierge team in handling guests’ enquiries, baggage, parcels and transportation.
- Handle enquiries and requests from guests with friendliness and professionalism.
- Shift duties required.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management.
