Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a customer‑focused Concierge in Hong Kong to support the Eaton HK hotel. The position oversees the concierge team, enhances front entrance presentation, and manages parcel flow while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications include Form 6 or above, hospitality management cert (advantageous), and at least 1 year of bell services experience. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required, with potential progression to Concierge

Qualifications

• Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of Hotel Bell services experience.
• Customer services oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Concierge Captain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructing and supervising concierge team to ensure the smooth concierge operation.
• Control the traffic at hotel front entrance area and ensure the front entrance is well presented to guests.
• Handle parcels, letters and messages inflow and outflow.
• Oversee the work of concierge team in handling guests’ enquiries, baggages, parcels and transportation.
• Handle enquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management.
