Chimbusco Pan Nation Shipping Company Limited is seeking a diligent Compliance (KYC) Analyst in Hong Kong to support the development and maintenance of compliance programs. You will conduct KYC/CDD processes, sanctions screening, and regulatory monitoring to ensure adherence to internal controls and external requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience in compliance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, KYC/AML, risk management, internal controls, audit, or related field.
• Basic understanding of compliance principles, sanctions screening, KYC/CDD requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and sanctions screening activities for customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Monitor sanctions lists and regulatory watchlists and elevate potential matches in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor regulatory updates, sanctions developments, and industry news, and assist in assessing their impact on business operations.
• Prepare and maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation to support regulatory and internal audit requirements.

We are looking to hire a dedicated Compliance (KYC) Analyst to join our team. The Compliance (KYC) Analyst will support our team to prepare, conduct and maintain compliance reviews & records, perform KYC, CDD & sanctions screening activities, monitor regulatory updates, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's compliance policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.

Assist in conducting compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and sanctions screening activities for customers, vendors, and business partners.

Monitor sanctions lists and regulatory watchlists (e.g., OFAC, United Nations, European Union, and HM Treasury sanctions lists) and elevate potential matches in accordance with established procedures.

Monitor regulatory updates, sanctions developments, and industry news, and assist in assessing their impact on business operations.

Prepare and maintain compliance records, registers, and documentation to support regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

1-3 years of experience in compliance, KYC/AML, risk management, internal controls, audit, or a related field.

Basic understanding of compliance principles, sanctions screening, KYC/CDD requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
