Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in hotels, luxury Western restaurants, or fine dining establishments.
• Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food preparation techniques.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle daily mise en place efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a professional manner and meet company standards.
• Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
