You will lead prelaunch planning, market assessments, and portfolio reviews, while strengthening relationships with distributors and partners. English and Chinese communication skills are essential to succeed in this regional role, with a focus on growth and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in pharma with sales and marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead pipeline products strategic business analysis and contract negotiation with partners.
• Support new product prelaunch preparation, business case development, and market opportunity evaluations.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, and portfolio analyses.
• Drive commercial excellence initiatives to improve performance and execution.
• Manage and develop relationships with local distributor and strategic partners and tender management.
• Monitor healthcare market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive developments impacting the portfolio.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and commercial performance reviews.
