Job summary

Tung, Ng, Tse & Lam, Solicitors in Hong Kong seeks a junior paralegal to support the Commercial Department. You will assist lawyers with document drafting and review, legal research, and the preparation of court documents and bundles.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of commercial experience, solid English and Chinese language skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are important for this role in Wan Chai and related districts.

Qualifications

• LL.B Degree is an advantage.
• 0–3 years experience in handling commercial cases.
• Good academic background.
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good inter-personal and team work skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to lawyers in the Commercial Department.
• Draft and review documents and perform legal research.
• Prepare court documents and bundles; draft simple correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and third parties.
