Job summary

Hill's Pet Nutrition Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Commercial Administrator for a third-party role, supporting the Commercial Team with daily operations, orders, logistics, and promotional material handling.

The role collaborates with Finance and PVA teams on PO management, contract compliance, and event logistics. Fluency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin preferred; FMCG or pet-nutrition experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate holder or diploma in business administration, commerce or related field.
• Experience in administrative support, sales operations or commercial administration; FMCG/retail/pet nutrition a plus.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, customer service, data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Team to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and execute daily ordering processes, POSM/premium logistics, and promotional material handling.
• Provide cross-functional administrative support to the Finance team (PO management, T&C compliance, vendor processing) and the PVA team (event logistics, service coordination).
• Assist in event coordination, data maintenance, and general office administration to enhance team efficiency.
• Act as daily ordering backup for CS&L; handle ordering with promotion materials and free goods.
• Arrange office POSM to customers and assist with courier pickup of POSM/premium.
• Coordinate printings of promotion materials and trade promotion letters; manage coupons.
